Professional Development	What PD do you do?  How often do you have PD?	They make work shop for them related to PD and she keep read more about the new styles of teaching
Class Management	What do you need to manage your class? How do you manage your class?  Do you have any problems with class management?  Which classroom rules do you use? Why?	She manages her class according to how many centers she need to put. While she manages her class she doesn’t have any problems. She use classroom rules daily to keep the classroom organized
Teaching Strategies	What is your favorite teaching strategy? What important strategies should we follow?	She like to put them in groups on carpet area because she feel they will get benefits from each other and learn more skills from each other
