A.   I interview the teacher and ask her questions about how she planned and prepared for the section i observed.

·        How do you plan? Do you plan weekly, daily, as part of a team or individually?

I plan weekly with the other teachers every Wednesday and discuss the activities they will use, and sometimes I plan the activity individually

·        Do you do anything you haven’t planned to do?

Yes sometimes we have instructions from our principle to do things we don't plan, for example they ask me today  to make an activity for Abu Dhabi Read and I am not ready I put another plan for this day so it's happen sometimes.

·        What is important to you when planning a lesson?

I plan according where the students reach so far and where they need to be focus on.

·        Do you plan to do the same thing with all the children in the classroom? (Why/Why not?

No, I plan according the student level, because they have different abilities, so they need to focus in different skills.

B.    If you can, arrange to attend a planning session with the teacher/team.  Take notes.

The teacher plan to review the numbers with the students by a game from little red riding  hood story, first they ask her ‘how many steeps then she show them a number in a card then they must to walk this number of steps to reach the grandmother of the little red hood house. And by this activity she can review the numbers and evaluate them also the learners like it and they ask the teacher to do it in their break time so that's  one way of making  learning fun .

the learners start to do the task by coloring the characters then cut it
